Standard temperature test sequence of high and low temperature test chamber

It is recommended to use the following test sequence to obtain the data required to approve the performance of the high and low temperature test chamber. The conditions of the test area shall meet the requirements of 4.1 in GB / T2424.5. The test sequence of the high and low temperature test chamber is as follows:

1. Start with environmental conditions;

2. Adjust the test chamber to the highest specified temperature and make it stable;

3. Measure the performance at the highest temperature;

4. Adjust the high and low temperature test chamber to the lowest specified temperature, monitor the temperature change rate, and then stabilize it;

5. Measuring the performance at the lowest temperature;

6. Adjust the test chamber to the highest specified temperature and monitor the temperature change rate;

7. Adjust the test chamber to atmospheric conditions and make it stable;

8. Measure performance under atmospheric conditions.

The high and low temperature test chamber is used for high and low temperature reliability tests. For the parts and materials of electronic products, automobile motorcycles, aerospace, rubber, plastics, metals, ship weapons, universities, scientific research units and other related products under high and low temperature changes, check their performance indicators.
