At present, the cadres of the corrugated board production line can change the form of single-pole order into: the order with gap and the order without gap.
1. Change orders with clearance:
The process of changing orders with gaps is to use a scrap cutter, cut the cardboard, pull the cardboard away, the slitter drags the knife to change the order, and cut off the tail of the upper order and the head of the order by the cross-cutting machine (find the cutter benchmark), which is produced The loss of tail and head is generally 400-800mm in length. The speed of order replacement is to accelerate the order replacement, which is easy to cause the length error of the last few sheets of cardboard and shake the head.
2. Change orders without gaps:
The gap-free order change process is that the scrap cutting machine does not cut the cardboard, but uses the ear knife to cut the trimming connection. The skewer of the slitting machine changes the order. The cross-cutting machine cuts off the tool change and line position of the slitting machine. Cut off part of the loss, the general length is 600-800mm. The order-changing speed without gaps should be balanced with the order-changing speed with gaps. The faster the order-changing speed, the longer the cut-off length. There is a gap to change the order, the size of the last tail and the size of the next head are about 300mm-400mm.
3. Order exchange with zero loss:
The process is the same as the order-changing process with gaps. The high-precision laser (laser) measuring instrument controls the cutting machine to accurately cut on the size line of the order, and the error is evenly distributed on the last few cardboards through accurate measurement and control. The measurement also does not need to cut the head to set the benchmark, so the exchange order is zero loss. Zero-loss exchange orders can significantly reduce losses for this domestic small order structure.
4. Comparison of loss:
The average loss of a domestic order is 0.8 meters. Assuming that an enterprise produces 500 orders per day, the average door width is 2 meters, and the average weight is calculated at 550 grams / square meter, then the daily loss is 0.8 meters × 500 orders. × 2 meters = 800 square meters. If one square meter is calculated as 0.55 kilograms, then one day's loss is 800 square meters × 0.55 kilograms = 440 kilograms. If 30 days of production per month, the total loss is 0.44 tons × 30 days = 13.2 tons.
If the latest technology of changing orders and zero loss is adopted, the loss of base paper can be saved in one year: 13.2 tons × 12 months = 158.4 tons, and the funds can be saved: 158.4 tons × 3000 yuan / ton = 47.52 million yuan.
