1, high yield
Since the value of the smart label itself is many times higher than that of an ordinary printed label, it brings high profits to the enterprise, and the high yield of printed matter is particularly important. In particular, many products require multi-color UV ink printing, glazing, and gluing. Most of the large-volume labels are also processed by roll-to-roll printing or no-interface printing (through-pass), due to a large number of processing operations. 2. Thick paper printing
Can the equipment handle jams up to 350g/m2 in cardboard processing? Can the tension in the jams be kept stable during card printing and minimize the accumulated overlay error?

If each frame is overprinted, but the space between the frames has a large error, it will cause troubles for the compounding and die-cutting process after the smart label is printed.

3. Composite processing
The key process in smart label processing is compounding. It is not only required that the size between each label does not change due to tension change, but also for thin film materials, the degree of increase in label spacing due to tensile deformation must also be considered and adjusted appropriately.

At present, China's label printing technology has a certain level, there are many beautifully designed and high-quality products. For a smart tag, just use a regular tag to make it a beautiful coat and there is no special place.
