When the printing equipment is used to print adhesives such as UV oil, the distance between two adjacent printing materials is very compact when it is cold-stenciled, so that the utilization rate of hot foil is improved. In addition, when the holographic hot stamping foil is cold-ironed, the device-configured photoelectric eye monitoring system can monitor the position of the hologram foil in real time and transmit the signal to the servo mechanism. The servo mechanism controls the substrate speed and real-time according to the signal. The position is such that the gap position of the substrate is just aligned with the position of the hologram hot stamp foil. In this way, the surface of the substrate can avoid holographic hot stamping foil seams, greatly improving the pass rate of printed products. At the same time, the equipment can be freely applied to the processing of raw materials before printing to produce special printing effects. Or it is the realization of surface metal decoration effect after the printed matter is printed, and metal decoration effects such as fine lines, small texts, large solid ground, and halftone patterns are smoothly achieved on the substrates.

At present, the device has applied for national patents and is intended to fill the gap in the domestic technology.
