Fault phenomenon
Wuxi Baonan YPT787 type shaftless transmission printing machine uses the servo motor of Bosch Rexroth MAD100D series and the driver of HDS series. When a certain day of normal printing, the drive alarm stops suddenly, and the fault code F219 is displayed. Reset restart or power failure can not be restarted. The fault code is eliminated and the entire machine does not work.
Failure analysis
Check Rexroth's fault code manual, F219 is motor overheat protection. There are usually three reasons for this.
(1) The motor is overloaded. The effective torque of the motor has exceeded its allowable torque and the overload time is too long.
(2) A short circuit occurs in the motor temperature monitoring line.
(3) The speed control loop is unstable.
Troubleshooting
According to the situation on the spot, the motor has just been working for a short time, and the hand feels no heat. The first reason can be ruled out. Then we opened the motor junction box and found that the motor temperature monitoring line was connected to the spare sensor. We immediately retrieved the historical maintenance record of this printing press and found that the motor had also experienced the F219 fault code more than two years ago. At that time, the temperature sensor was damaged and the resistance value was measured to be infinite. There is another set of spare temperature sensors in this type of motor. After replacing with the standby temperature sensor, the fault is eliminated and the machine is in normal use.
We then used a multimeter to measure the standby temperature sensor and its wiring, and found that the standby sensor has infinite value and is damaged. When we carry out the maintenance of the equipment, the motor is disassembled and installed. The temperature sensor is fixed in the middle of the stator of the motor. There is no way to replace it separately. It can only be replaced with the stator. The maintenance cost is more than 20,000 yuan, and it will affect the day. Newspaper printing. In order not to delay the production of newspapers, we found a small resistance of 620 ohms (see Figure 1) similar to the sensor resistance value instead of the damaged temperature sensor, so that the motor feedback to the driver is the normal temperature signal. This resistor has been used for more than a month and has not been used.
It is worth noting that the use of a common resistor instead of a temperature sensor will cause the system to assume that the temperature of the motor is normal, which also means that the temperature monitoring function of the system is disabled. Therefore, the operator should always pay attention to whether the cooling fan of the motor works normally, try to avoid overheating of the motor caused by the fan not working, accelerate the aging of the motor, and even burn out the motor in extreme cases.
