Especially for dye-type inks, this problem is more serious, because a little dye can change the color of the pulp, for example, a little red color can make the entire bleached pulp pink. According to the report of INGEDE, there is currently no dye-based ink that can be used for deinking in paper recycling. This ink is also a mainstream product in the market today, accounting for the vast majority of market share.
Green printing and environmental protection printing should be a complete system engineering, rather than a headache, painstaking efforts, pay attention to the environmental performance and environmental indicators of a certain link and ignore other links. If environmental protection cannot be comprehensively considered, it may seem to be environmental protection, but it is actually the transfer of pollution. Just like printing with dye-based water-based ink, if the used paper cannot be recycled, then the waste caused in the later stage and the resulting environmental protection are far from offsetting the little VOC emission advantage brought by water-based ink .
