Ways to check the electronic balance:
1. Inspection of mechanical parts
(1) Inspection of the column part (column verticality, level, base plate)
(2) Check the switch (whether it is too tight, too loose, the eccentric shaft rotation is not below the minimum point or exceeds the minimum point)
(3) Check the balance beam part (whether the agate blade is worn, whether there is a slipping buckle on the sense and balance weights, and whether the pointer is perpendicular to the beam)
(4) Check the suspension system (whether the lugs are hooked, tilted, or front, and the damper is hooked inside or outside the cylinder, or front, said the disk is tilted).
(5) Whether the coder is stuck.
2. Inspection of optical system
(1) Whether the light bulb is off, the brightness is not enough or the lamp is steady.
(2) Whether the scale is normal (whether the scale is clear, the scale cannot be seen, the scale is inclined, and the score line is bent).
(3) Whether the light screen is normal (no light, weak light, black and red light or strip light)
3. Inspection of measurement performance
(1) Whether the empty sense and the full sense are consistent.
(2) Whether the empty zero point has changed.
(3) Compare the balance deviation with two full weights. After the two full weights are exchanged, eliminate the weight difference and calculate the deviation from the balance.
