1. Refrigerator placement
(1) This unit should be placed in a place where air is circulated and cleaned around.
(2) This machine should not be placed in the open air, and should not be exposed to direct sunlight or rain. You can't get close to the heat source around.
(3) The environment in which the machine is used must not be lower than 5 ° C and not higher than 38 ° C.
(4) There should be enough space around the machine, especially the back can not be less than 250mm. So that the machine is cooling.
(5) Please adjust the anchor screw on the bottom of the machine to ensure the level of the machine is stable.
2, the installation of the water system
(1) Please connect the water source that meets the local drinking water standard.
(2) Attach a filter if necessary to increase the drinking standard of water.
(3) The water supply system must meet the following conditions:
a, the water temperature is at least 2 ° C, the maximum is not more than 38 ° C
b, the water pressure is at least 0.02Mpa, the highest is 0.8Mpa
3, the installation of the power supply
(1) The power supply must be the same as indicated on the machine nameplate.
(2) All lines must comply with national standards.
(3) It must be reliably grounded, and the grounding wire must meet electrical standards.
(4) The voltage fluctuation shall not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage.
Ice machine operating instructions
1. Ice making operation process
(1) Before starting the machine, it is necessary to check whether the automatic water supply device is normal, and whether the water storage capacity of the water tank is reasonable (the water level has been adjusted when the machine is shipped from the factory, the user may not adjust the water).
(2) Plug in the power supply and the ice machine starts working. First, the pump starts running (the pump has a short air exhaust process). After about 2 minutes, the compressor starts to start and the machine enters the ice making state.
(3) When the thickness of the ice cube reaches the set thickness, the ice plate probe starts to start, the solenoid valve starts to work, the water pump stops working, and the hot gas enters the evaporator, and the ice cube falls about 1.5 minutes. When the ice cubes fall, flip the ice tray and open the reed switch. When the reed switch is reclosed, the machine enters another ice making process.
(4) The compressor does not stop during the whole process of ice making and deicing.
(5) When the ice storage tank is full of ice and the reed switch cannot be automatically closed, the machine automatically stops working. When enough ice is removed and the reed switch is reclosed, the machine starts after 3 minutes delay and re-enters the system. Ice process.
2, the adjustment of the thickness of the ice bridge
(1) The thickness of the ice bridge should be about 3mm, and the interval between the probe and the evaporator should be about 1.5mm thicker than the actual thickness of the ice bridge. Turn the adjusting screw port clockwise to increase the thickness of the ice bridge (the screw rotates 1/3 circle of ice) The bridge thickness is changed by 1.5mm).
(2) Check the wiring of the ice plate probe and the connection bracket, and ensure that it can rotate freely to return to the correct position after each ice making process.
