3. Operation steps
Add 100ul of diluted sample serum and standard for each well.
The plate was incubated at 37 ° C for 30 minutes.
Shake off the liquid in the plate, wash with the application washing liquid, stay for 30 seconds each time, pat dry on the paper. Repeat the operation 5 times.
Add 100ul of enzyme-labeled coupling solution to each well.
