The improved new CS nozzle has the following characteristics: to improve the condition of the liquid mist zone, such as blocking the contact between the liquid mist and the wet catalyst that partially wets the liquid, and the side wall of the riser pipe, and the multi-stage steam flow jets in different directions in the nozzle impact atomization and injection The flow coverage area is large and thin, and the length of the perimeter of the nozzle is increased. Specific design is carried out in combination with specific conditions, that is, so-called “tailored customization” and no general design is adopted. The nozzle has an atomized average particle size of less than 60 microns, long-term use (three years), low steam consumption (about 5% steam), and coking resistance, which not only improve the yield of light oil and liquefied gas, but also has good operation flexibility. And adaptable.
