The application of sleeve technology in flexo printing includes sleeve type anilox roll (referred to as sleeve anilox roll), sleeve type plate roll (referred to as plate sleeve) and sleeve type plate (referred to as seamless plate) )Wait. First, the installation and removal of the sleeve

The sleeve is typically mounted on the gas lift core. The loading and unloading principle of the sleeve is shown in the figure. When the compressed air is filled from the air inlet of the gas rising core, the compressed air is discharged from the air hole of the gas rising core. The outer diameter (wall thickness) sleeve is used to achieve the various printing perimeters required. (4) Bridge sleeve

The bridge sleeve is suitable for the sleeve sleeve system, which can reduce the wall thickness of the sleeve, save the cost of making a thick sleeve, and simplify the assembly.

(5) Self-adhesive sleeve

The self-adhesive sleeve is a layer of air-cushion liner on the plate sleeve, and a special adhesive is applied on the surface. The adhesive coating can be repeatedly pasted on the plate, no longer using traditional Adhesive tape. The use of self-adhesive sleeves saves costs.

2. Seamless plate sleeve

The seamless plate sleeve is mainly composed of an inner layer, an intermediate layer and a surface layer. The inner layer of the sleeve is made of a special multi-layer glass fiber, which is light in weight and high in bending strength. The intermediate layer is composed of special urethane rubber, which has high elasticity and compressibility, which can increase the wall thickness of the sleeve and absorb the tensile deformation generated by the sleeve. The surface layer is coated with rubber or resin for laser engraving. The seamless plate sleeve allows for continuous lines, patterns or the same background color, such as wrapping paper, tipping paper, wallpaper, etc. When the seamless plate sleeve is not engraved, it can also be used for coating, full glazing, and the like.
