During queue printing, you can use the print queue control program provided by Windows to understand what files are currently waiting for printing. You can also edit tasks in the print queue. For example, you can delete certain files in the print queue. Tasks can also cancel some of the priority of waiting for printing files.

However, when performing network printing, you can only edit the print tasks you have sent; if you want to edit other print tasks, you must first obtain the corresponding control rights for the corresponding print tasks. In the queue print settings, you can follow the following steps:

1. When you execute the print command, everyone will see a “printer” icon in the system tray. Double-click the icon to open the print queue window; of course, everyone can also use “printer” or “printer and fax machine”. In the window, double-click the printer icon to open the print queue window;

2. If you have sent multiple print jobs to the printer, we can see that these print jobs are arranged in the print queue in the print queue window.

3. If you want to change the print order of a print job in the print queue, you can directly drag the print job in the print queue to its desired sequential position under the Windows 98/Me operating system.

4, if you are in Windows 2000/XP system, you can double-click the print job in the print queue, when you open the task to print the "Properties" dialog box, then select the "General" tab, and in the tab page will The “Priority” slider pulls to the left to decrease the print priority, or pulls the slider to the right to get a higher print priority; you can use the number below the “Priority” slider (1~ 99) to set a reasonable print priority for the print job;

In addition, in the Windows 2000/XP system, you can also select the "Advanced" tab in the Print Job Properties dialog box, and set a higher priority for the print job in the Advanced tab page. This setting method can Effectively improve the efficiency of document printing;

6. If you want to pause or cancel a print job in the print queue, you can right-click the task name in the print queue and execute the “Cancel Print” or “Cancel” command from the shortcut menu that appears. Or you can directly select the print job to be stopped in the print queue, and then press the "Del" key on the keyboard to achieve the purpose.
