Beijing Yashilin briefly introduces the inspection items before starting the high and low temperature damp heat test chamber:
1. Confirm whether the power cord is properly installed according to the specifications, and plug in the power supply, the power requirement is AC380V ± 10%;
2. Confirm whether the water storage in the water tank is enough, and the water storage height is two thirds or three quarters of the water tank;
3. Confirm the wet ball gauze
a. Is the position and method of the gauze for wet bulbs correct? (The gauze is hung on the humidity sensor, and the lower end is placed in the sink)
b. Whether it has been wetted; (there is water in the water supply tank, if the water level is normal, and the gauze cannot be wetted. Please replace the new gauze immediately, usually every three months)
c. Whether the water level of the water supply tank is normal;
4. Confirm
a. Is the water level of the humidifier normal? (Check the water level 3 to 5 minutes after the humidifier is supplied with water)
b. Is the humidifier water clean? (The humidifier should be drained regularly to keep the inside clean)
c. Confirm whether the drain pipe of the high and low temperature damp heat test box is properly connected
5. Check whether the wet bulb over-temperature protection switch is set at 150 ℃.
