There are four reasons why static electricity causes plastic printing failures:
1. Discharge of static electricity occurs, causing serious fire or explosion.
2. The static electricity makes the films stick to each other and can promote the ink layer to stick back. At the same time it is not conducive to compounding, slitting, finishing and other operating procedures, and consumes man-hours.
3. Static electricity makes the bag surface vacuum, which not only affects bag making, but also reduces product quality.
4. In addition, the phenomenon of color migration and voids (that is, a phenomenon in which two patterns of different colors should be connected, but leaving a border blank) is also due to printing defects caused by static electricity.
Cause of failure:
Static electricity is caused by the friction of the film during processing and extrusion. We know that atoms are composed of atomic nuclei and outer electrons. When two substances are rubbed, the strong electrons get electrons and they have negative charges. The weak electrons lose electrons and have positive charges. If one of the friction substances is a metal, since the electrons can flow freely in the metal, static electricity is not generated; if both are non-metal, one side of the friction is positive and the other side is negative. After the film is wound, it is tightly rolled together due to electrostatic attraction.
Solution:
Elimination of static electricity usually involves the incorporation of antistatic agents into the ink, which can increase the conductivity of the plastic surface after printing, allowing the charged plastic to discharge rapidly, thus preventing the accumulation of static electricity. However, the printing equipment must also be well grounded at the same time, otherwise the static electricity can not be exported, and can not reach the purpose of eliminating static electricity.

1. High mountain white badger hair
High mountain white badger hair, or HMW for short, is the highest quality of badger on the market. The hair with a whiter appearance than silvertip badger, feeling softer and creates an even better lathering and water holding capacity when come to a shaving brush.
2. Silvertip badger hair
Silver tip hair is gentle and luxurious. These hairs are only found in the cervical area of badgers. The silver tip has a very distinct color banding, but usually a more defined contrast in color between the black and white-silver color bands. Silvertip badger provides unrivalled water absorbency and superior comfort than other grades of badger hair.
3. Best badger hair
The hair ranges in color from lighter brown to gray and has better water absorbing capabilities than pure badger.
4. Finest badger hair/Tow band badger hair
The finest badger hair for each shaving brush is picked from the back of a long haired species of badger that is only native to the most remote areas of China.
5.Pure badger hair
Pure badger hair is from the underbody of a badger. This hair varies in softness, is usually darker and its longer shafts make it coarser than other badger hair. However it is also the most common as it covers the largest area of the badger's body. So the price is cheaper than silvertip badger hair.
6.Black badger hair
Black badger hair is harvested from the rear of the pelt and possibly from around the feet if found in enough length and quantity. Black badger is the same popular as silvertip badger hair for its special color.
