New York Canandaigua Wine Company has found a new 500ml Tetra Pak drill for its new Almaden Red Sangria. Although Tetra Pak has been widely used in dairy packaging, it is the first time for red wine packaging. Almaden Red Sangria wine will be displayed in its unique style in the major chain stores and convenience stores in the designated US market.

This octagonal Tetra Pak drill is shock-resistant and has easy-opening tabs that deliver a freshness and authentic flavor of the product. Although Tetra Pak is mainly used for the aseptic packaging of milk and beverages, this time used for packaging wines has not been aseptically packaged. The shortest shelf life of the product is 9 to 12 months. There are seven layers of carton board, made of polyethylene, paper, aluminum foil, etc.
