The packaging machine can complete 240 packages per minute for horizontal packaging and 70 packages per minute for vertical packaging. DP260C can be used for the packaging of a variety of different packaging structure products, can be used for frozen food, pet food, cat food, various seasonings, flour, candy, fast food and other packaging.
The two-in-one compact structure used in this machine can complete the packaging in both directions and can choose the orientation of the packaged product. DP260C can also adapt to a variety of packaging methods, vertical and horizontal direction switch using touch screen direct control.
The machine also has good compatibility and is easy to integrate with other secondary packaging equipment on the production line. Standard configurations include servo control, four-conveyor blenders, flat bag acceleration conveyors, an adjustable loading mandrel, and a fully automated carton locator for vertical packaging. Stainless steel construction, carton rotation structure, various conveying methods and additional network control stops are also available.
