Adapting to the customer's need for an independent, fully automated terminal solution, the automated bottling and palletizing machine combines bottling, labeling, scanning, and palletizing processes. The entire process is completed by a robotic arm. Based on improved control technology, the device requires only a small amount of floor space.

The manipulator uses a 5-axis Motoman robotic system and uses an XRC controller, which can load 176 pounds of weight. The machine's gripper trajectory moves in the range of 48 x 48", and the moving height can reach 72". The production efficiency of the equipment is related to the characteristics of the packaging product, the number of single boxes and the palletizing method. The customized EOAT (End of Arm Tooling) system can be used for gripping and packaging a wide variety of different sizes of objects, including cartons, bags, strapping, baling, bottles and cans.

The device is equipped with a touch operation interface, using Allen Bradley Logic controller to achieve program control, can simply replace the product specifications. The packaging machine can also be easily integrated with other equipment, can automatically complete the carton stack, and then complete the bottle by the EOAT system, and then complete the top and bottom of the carton tape or glue seal, EOAT complete labeling, scanning and yardage After delivery to the assembly station, all processes are completed by the same robot.
