The rubber roller head and bearing should always maintain effective lubrication. If the lubrication is poor, it will cause the rubber roller head, bearing wear, gap increases, resulting in uneven printing ink. At the same time, the print marks can also be caused due to defects such as bouncing and sliding of the rubber roller. If there is no effective lubrication for a long period of continuous operation, it will cause the bearing and the shaft core to generate heat, causing the rubber surfaces of the two rubber rollers to expand and wear due to thermal expansion, so as to make the two rubber surfaces produce pockmarks, glue drop and cracks.

3, debugging

The pressure between rubber roller and rubber roller and printing plate should be adjusted properly according to the elasticity and hardness of rubber and its role in the printing process. Generally, the feeler gauge of O.15~O.20mm is used (the feeler gauge should be lubricated to avoid damage The rubber surface) is tested and the radial contact pressure of the rubber roller must be uniform. Otherwise, long-term operation will cause the pressure of the rubber roller at one end to produce numbness, glue drop, cracking, and open glue.

1, before printing

Check whether there is foreign matter between the roller and the roller, whether the roller is intact, and whether the roller pressure is even and consistent, confirm the normal, and clean it before printing.

2, in printing

The roller should always maintain a good contact state during operation, and the force is uniform. Regardless of the width of the printed product, the entire rubber surface of the rubber roller should be lubricated with ink. The amount of ink accumulated between the rubber rollers should be adjusted in time to ensure the printing quality.

Under the premise of guaranteeing the printing speed, in order to prevent the ink from drying too quickly, the cohesiveness of the rubber roll will be reduced, and the surface will have a skinning phenomenon. The amount of dry oil should be controlled for the ink that needs to be added with dry oil to prevent the running roller from being produced. Do not ink and spread ink inequality phenomenon.

3, after printing

It is necessary to disengage the rollers, rollers and rollers from the printing plate in time to remove the load pressure and prevent the plastic surface from being deformed due to static pressure. It is necessary to clean the residual ink on the surface of the rubber roller in time to prevent it from drying and producing ink sticks, ink film, ink stains and dirt floating on the plastic surface. (Especially the ink sticks on both ends of the nylon roller) will grind and damage the rubber surface finish when it is running again. Seriously, it will produce pockmarked dregs.

4, rubber roller cleaning

Before and after printing, the rubber roller must be cleaned with a special cleaning agent to keep the surface of the roller clean and ready for use.

If the cleaning is not timely, the ink will adhere to the micropores through the villous micropores on the surface of the rubber roller, and the paper wool and the dirt will adhere to the surface of the roller. If the parking time is too long, the ink conjunctiva will cause the contact surface of the two rollers to stick together. When the car is driven, it will tear the rubber surface and cause the rubber roller to be scrapped.

If the cleaning is not in place, glazed phenomenon will occur, which will lead to the decrease of ink-receptivity and ink-transferability and even cause deinking. The glaze makes the surface hardness of the rubber roller increase and the elasticity decreases. At the same time, the abrasion of the rubber roller is accelerated, resulting in the occurrence of pitting and cracking of the rubber surface, resulting in drossing and affecting the printing quality.

Note: Glazing refers to the hardening of the surface of the rubber roller as a mirror-like phenomenon.

5, the requirements of the cleaning agent

1 Non-flammable, safe and reliable, no pollution to the environment.

2 The ink has good washing ability.

3 No corrosion on the rubber roller, no deformation on the rubber surface.

4UV Ink Roller uses "UV Ink" cleaning agent.

5 The dynamite dampening roller uses a special cleaning agent for “alcohol dampening roller”.

6, cleaning methods

1, storage environment

1 In the process of transportation and storage, the rubber roller should avoid direct sunlight, soaking in rain and snow, prohibiting contact with acids, alkalis, oils and organic solvents, etc., and 2m away from the heat source.

2 The rubber roller should be stored in a warehouse with a temperature of 10 to 35°C and a relative humidity of 50 to 80%.

If the temperature is too high or too low, the plastic surface will be aged, cracked, hardened, and inelastic, resulting in no wear resistance.

Excessive humidity can cause the core to absorb moisture and rust.

3 Use thick paper and black plastic cloth to cover the surrounding of the roller and other light protection measures. Do not place under strong light and ultraviolet rays. Otherwise, it will cause aging, decoloration, cracking, etc., and reduce the service life and impact of the rubber roller. Product quality.

2, storage methods

When the rubber roller is stored, it must be supported by the shaft and stored. It is strictly prohibited to stack and the distance between rollers should not be less than 5mm.

3, matters needing attention

1 When moving, lift and hang the shaft to prevent plastic scratches, bumps, and scratches.

2 The new roller is not used temporarily. Please do not remove the wrapping paper. The wrapping paper can play a protective role.

3 The rubber roller stored during the over-standard period should be checked before the use of the rubber roller.

1, in the printing process, such as the print format is less than the length of the plastic surface, the two ends of the rubber roller may appear no ink or produce ink, such as no ink will cause both ends dry grinding damage rubber surface, resulting in dregs off the surface phenomenon In the operation, it is necessary to use the varnish to keep the ends of the plastic surface lubricated. If there are ink deposits at both ends, it should be cleaned in time when parking, or it will be dry and form a hard ink block. When it is running, the hard ink block's roller compaction will destroy the plastic surface and produce pockmarks and dregs.

2, cleaning roller is best to use special cleaning agent, if there is no condition, can be used 90 # gasoline for cleaning, but only with a soft cloth type dipping gasoline scrub, not on the rubber roller soaked in gasoline for a long time, otherwise it will be plastic The rollers are corroded and the gasoline will evaporate for a short period of time without major damage to the glue surface.

3, UV, ink roller must use "UV ink" special cleaning agent.

4, alcohol dampening roller must use "alcohol dampening roller" special cleaning agent.

Should use the alcoholic fountain solution produced by regular manufacturers, such as their own application of "soft water" and maintain a suitable PH value, generally controlled between 4.5 to 6 is appropriate, not exceeding the standard, so as not to affect the life of the rubber roller.

5、Nylon roller is used by the printing machine factory and users as the ink roller because of its excellent ink-transmitting property and high abrasion resistance.
