The most commonly used stickers are self-adhesive stickers. Customers have strict appearance and usage requirements for stickers. The quality of the die-cutting process not only directly influences the quality of the finished product, but also affects the waste in the die-cutting process and the sticking of self-adhesive labels. This becomes prominent when using automatic labeling.

Domestic die-bonding die-cutting methods include online round die-cutting and on-line flat die-cutting. Off-line die cutting includes single flat die cutting and die cutting after rewinding. Among them, the round die cutting has two types of integral die cutting roller and magnetic die cutting roller (that is, wrapping type). On-line circular press die cutting work is very high, and it is suitable for products with high requirements on appearance and pasting quality, large batches and fixed cycles. An outer flat die-cutting die cutting work efficiency is relatively low, and is suitable for orders of indefinite Si, small and medium-sized batches with a shorter delivery time, and die-cutting products generally only apply to manual labeling. Self-adhesive labeling is divided into automatic labeling and manual labeling. The efficiency of automatic labeling is much higher than manual labeling, but there are strict exterior precision and adhesive requirements for adhesive label. Round-bore circular die is more suitable for automatic labeling machine than flat die-cut die-cutting.

The material of the sticker is a composite material, and the most common one is divided into two layers, a surface paper and a backing paper, and there is also a silicon coating layer bonded to the main base paper in the middle. The die-cutting of adhesive labels is a special die-cut in the post-printing die-cutting, that is, different requirements for layered die-cutting of adhesive materials. Normally, the die-cut product of the self-adhesive label should be: the surface paper and the middle adhesive are cut through, and the silicon coating on the bottom paper and the bottom paper is not damaged, leaving only a surface on the surface of the silicon coating. Evenly imprinted marks. If the silicon-coated layer on the surface of the backing paper is penetrated and the adhesive in front of the adhesive facing sheet penetrates into the backing paper, the backing paper will adhere to the backing paper. If the diecutting degree is not in place or is too deep, it is very easy to mark the label on the automatic labeling machine because it cuts through the backing paper or fails to open the label. When labeling by hand, the labeling is difficult and the efficiency is low. .

Round-bore circular die-cutting is the rolling process of cylindrical cylindrical surface, the overall line contact, and most of the point contact. Therefore, the pressure during die-cutting is much smaller than the surface contact pressure of flat die-cut die-cutting. The power requirements of the equipment in the section are small, and the running stability is obviously greater than that of the flat-platen die-cutting. The requirements for the die-cutting depth are guaranteed by mechanical processing. The flat knife row knife can satisfy the customer's requirements. The pressure at the time of circular die cutting is proportional to the positive pressure of the roller, and the positive pressure directly affects the service life and die cutting quality of the circular die cutting roller. Integral type die-cutting die-cutting roller, due to the integral processing of the die-cutting knife line and the hair-roller, widely adopts CAD/CAM technology in processing, and even has no paper design, and the position accuracy of the knife line is high. However, the disadvantage of round die cutting is that one year's product must be equipped with a roller and the flexibility is poor.

Common problems in the round die cutting of adhesives and solutions:

1. Bottom paper cut through

Small and not severe cases can be improved by adjusting the pressure and speeding up the cutting speed. Large area, in severe cases must be repaired roller.

2. Cut no paper

In the emergency, the film can be placed on the corresponding position of the anvil roll. Otherwise, professional manufacturing companies are generally required to make repairs.

3. Labels are taken away by scrap

There are two general situations for this phenomenon. One is to take it regularly. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the partial knife line has a low depression and whether the face paper completely cuts through. The second is taking away irregularly. This generally requires the printer to make adjustments first.
