This is a contradiction that confronts each other, acts in the opposite direction, and is irreconcilable. This also reflects the high difficulty of this technology. Low (non-toxic) and harmless solvents are necessary. Due to the high erasable requirements of the whiteboard pen ink, the common system is based on solvents with high volatility and low boiling point. Such solvents are generally not easy to moisturize, so it is acceptable to add appropriate amounts of high boiling solvents, such as n-butanol. Polyhydric alcohols such as glycerol, propylene glycol, ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, and epoxidized soybean oil, or higher alcohols and higher fatty acid esters and their derivatives. Third, different timing for joining Ink production is generally divided into two units: color paste preparation and finished product preparation. The addition of moisturizer can be added in the color paste preparation unit, or can be added in the finished product preparation unit. This is mainly based on the whiteboard pen ink system, color and moisturizer. Depending on the difference, if the choice is wrong, the effect will be very different. Adding a humectant during the preparation of the paste facilitates dispersion and makes it more homogeneously miscible with the system and exerts its effect, but sometimes it loses its function due to excessive sanding (crushing), making the process more difficult to control. When the finished product is formulated, the addition of a moisturizer can effectively avoid the failure of its function, but it can also be due to poor dispersion, so that the efficacy can not be fully and reliably exerted. Therefore, we must have detailed and reliable experimental data for technical support in order to make the right choice. Due to the lack of a unified standard, their judgments vary from person to person, and their operability is extremely poor. How can this be determined? We have done a considerable amount of experimentation, and we have come to the conclusion that it depends on recovery (re-wearing) After the situation is judged again. Because the effects of different environments (temperature, humidity, ventilation, lighting, etc.) are sometimes affected during the intermittent writing (ie, the cap moisturizing) experiment, some deviations in the results may occur. But as long as the system is not really destroyed, as long as the recovery is given for the appropriate time (appropriately 0.5 hours for recap), the writing effect will be significantly improved; if the system has been destroyed, even if given sufficient time to recover (Re-wearing caps, generally bounded by 2 hours), the writing effect will not improve. Therefore, this is a clear dividing line. According to this judgment, it is possible to reduce the deviation caused by the aforementioned environmental influences and, more importantly, to improve the operability of the judgment.
