New single-component SbQ screen printing sensitized adhesive production technology

Screen printing technology is a widely used printing technology. The SbQ type photosensitive resin we developed is a new kind of photosensitive adhesive for screen printing. We predict that it will gradually replace the diazo type photosensitive resin and become the most widely used network printing photosensitive adhesive in the 21st century.

Its advantages are: photosensitive emulsion is a single liquid type, users can directly use it to apply nylon screen printing plate, no need to carry out the deployment; good thermal stability, storage in high temperature and high humidity is not easy to deterioration; sensitivity of the proportion of nitrogen sensitivity 4-5 times higher than plastic, can be used as pre-coated screen plate; plate making performance is good, its coating, exposure, development and other processes are easy to operate, use water as developer, superior development performance, no pollution, no pollution to the environment; resolution High, clear images, high quality prints; made screen printing film can be applied to different types of ink printing materials.
