Kodak Launches Network to Unify Printing Software

Recently, Kodak announced the launch of a new "Network to Unified" printing software and product demonstrations at Graph Expo. This software can be seamlessly integrated into Kodak's unified workflow solutions and will greatly enhance the efficiency, application and business opportunities of Kodak's unified workflow solutions. Kodak's unified workflow itself has high productivity and numerous features. Now Kodak's "Network to Unified" software is further enabling the "Network to Print" function.

Ko's "Network to Unified" printing solution covers the traditional "web-to-print" functionality and further combines the powerful business, production, color and data solutions of Kodak's unified workflow. Since the network-to-unified printing software is completely linked to the actual production of each operation, the printers will be able to provide more powerful network-to-print services and better manage their overall business.

Kodak's new "Network to Unified" printing software seamlessly integrates web-to-print capabilities into Kodak's unified workflow solutions, helping printers tap existing workflows to tap potential business opportunities and profit sources.

The network-to-print solution manages the creation and printing of orders for static, custom or custom prints. Orders and creations can be performed via web software. Network-to-print solutions will greatly expand the printer's business scope and profitability. For printing customers, we can further improve the production efficiency of publicity materials and reduce the preparation time for publicity.

“Kodak's network to unified printing software is the representative of next-generation network-to-printing solutions.” Chris Ries, product manager, Kodak Graphic and Imaging Group, said, “The printers and their customers are constantly looking for services and technologies that can improve prepress efficiency by adding From network to unified printing software to Kodak's unified workflow solution, printers can provide their customers with higher value-added services and will change existing systems."

Kodak's network-to-unified printing solution uses Kodak's three technology platforms. Front-end e-commerce will be implemented with Kodak InSite software; personalized pages for catalog orders will be generated by Kodak EyeMedia Software; and the “Digital Printing Manager” workflow will be automated throughout the process through the KODAK PRINERGY Workflow System . Depending on the type of Kodak products the user invests in, different Kodak unified workflow modules can be configured to fully tap the potential of the network to a unified printing solution.

The packaging bags of milk powder need to be targeted at the nature of milk powder, with the following functions: long shelf life, fragrance preservation, oxidation and metamorphism prevention, moisture absorption and agglomeration prevention. Therefore the material we will be used for this feature is BOPP/VMPET/PE.

1.  The composite material of BOPP meets the requirements of the milk powder, good printing and strength

2.  VMPET has good light resistance, good light resistance and good ductility. It has metallic luster.

3.  PE has good anti-pollution sealing and low temperature heat sealing.

4.  Aluminum foil with good moisture, rust, gas, light and corrosion resistance, its stiffness, mechanical strength moderate, good malleability, easy to process, can be made with paper, plastic composite, high temperature resistance aluminum plastic composite materials, suitable for high temperature sterilization packaging, vacuum packaging. The use of aluminum foil composite materials can effectively improve the shelf life of products; resist oil to the packaging of infiltration dyeing.
