Our factory received a batch of foreign trade products business, the material is 350g/m2 whiteboard paper and 350g/m2 white cardboard, whiteboard paper is double-sided printing (single-sided coating); white cardboard is single-side black solid printing, after printing cover Membrane, and finally the two materials are glued together to make a mark.

At the time, the temperature in the workshop was 5°C and the humidity was 65%. We usually use Indian maps as our mainstay, and we have never printed a large area of ​​on-site prints and lack experience. The first batch of Indowell (3000 sheets of white paper, 1000 sheets of white cardboard) was used to produce Hangang Brand Star Ink 8 cans (2.5kg/can) in Hangzhou, and the printed products had napped and inked phenomenon. A process has brought great inconvenience, half of the finished film is lathered, there are burrs on the indentation, and most of the products are scrapped and they have to be printed.

During the second printing, we made improvements. The quality of printed products was slightly better than the first one. However, due to time constraints, the film was covered when the ink was not completely dried. Was scratched or pulled hair, again causing waste. In the third printing, we reduced the amount of ink and additives, and tried to make a small amount of printed products, and finally succeeded.

Although the mission was completed, the loss in the factory was not small. With painstaking experience, we analyzed that the causes of waste products are the following:

(1) The temperature in the workshop is too low, so that the ink transmission is not smooth; (2) the ink is not smooth, the auxiliary material is added excessively, and the ink is not easy to dry; (3) When printing, the ink and the ink path are opened too much; (4) The first pass was so deep that after the second pass, the ink was not easy to dry, and ink and naps occurred; (5) When the humidity of the workshop was high, the wet machine should be opened, and the doors and windows closed. Humidity meets the printing requirements; (6) The printed product should be handled lightly during handling; (7) When the temperature of the workshop is low, the ink should be preheated to soften it; (8) When conditions are met, Printed goods are stacked separately and try to avoid heavy pressure.

Soon, we received the same number of materials and specifications. With the previous experience, before printing, we heated the ink beforehand to soften it, without adding any additives, and only added KD-2A viscous agent (used according to the instruction manual) produced by the HKUST technical factory. First print the front, the first time the ink is light and even, as long as the white paper is not white (print the ink volume of the general product can be) on the line, after printing touch, not sticky. After the ink is basically dry, it is printed on the machine for the second time. The amount of ink is slightly larger than that of the first pass. It makes the paper look like a black and light touch.

Due to the addition of the gypsum adhesive, the ink dries quickly and the drying time is one third of the original. After printing for half an hour, gently press each of the prints by hand to send the air into the paper stack and allow it to dry faster.

When printing the reverse side of whiteboard, the amount of ink is larger than the second round of the front side. Because there is no paint on the reverse side, the amount of ink sucked is twice as positive. As long as the ink is evenly printed, printing is enough.

Thanks to a series of measures, the quality of the printed product far exceeded that of the previous one. Not only was the user satisfied, but the amount of printing ink was also reduced from the original 8 cans to 5 cans.
