General safety
1. The working pressure of the refrigerated compressed air dryer must not exceed the maximum working pressure indicated on the nameplate.
2. The refrigerated compressed air dryer is operated under electric drive. Please install according to the national electric power standard.
3. Always turn off the power before performing any electrical maintenance work.
Precautions before use
1. The refrigerating dryer is an advanced precision equipment. The precision components, piping and control system electronic components of the internal refrigeration system shall not withstand large shocks and vibrations. When transporting by road for long distances, the speed must not be too high. When the road surface quality is poor, especially slow down, so as not to cause unnecessary losses.
2. When loading, unloading, moving and installing, the machine needs to be carried by the forklift from the bottom of the cabinet or the machine regardless of the state of packing or unpacking. Do not force the machine at the air inlet and outlet pipes.
3. When the water-cooled freeze dryer is turned on, it should be first watered and then energized.
4. The cooling water temperature is not higher than 320C, and the flow rate is not less than 0.2T/m3.h.
5. The air inlet of the air-cooled freeze dryer is more than 1.5m away from the wall. The air inlet and exhaust air outlet of the two dryers should not face each other, and the ambient temperature is not higher than 350C.
6. The freeze dryer must be equipped with gas, water (water-cooled) and electricity before starting.
