Development of Molding Process for Large-sized Blister Machines

In recent years, China's plastics machine industry has developed rapidly. The suction machine is vacuum-absorbed on the surface of the mold, and is molded after cooling. This is not only related to its own physical, chemical, and mechanical properties, but also related to the process conditions of material plastification, flow, and die processing of the process. The solution to this problem has mainly depended on human experience in the past. However, human experience is limited and it cannot solve such problems satisfactorily. Many scholars have conducted a large number of theoretical and experimental research work. The use of computer to simulate the forming process has entered the practical application stage. With the increase in the number of large-sized plastic blister machines and the continuous expansion of products, the forming process has also been continuously innovating. With the most innovations in injection molding and extrusion molding, sheet thermoforming technology has also developed rapidly. The degree of automation of the equipment is also getting higher and higher. The computer is fully automated and has been implemented in extrusion, injection, and thermoforming. However, the design and manufacture of molds still lags behind the development of equipment and process methods, mainly in the low level of mold design and manufacturing, long production cycle, and short service life. In the last two five-year plans, high-precision processing equipment has been introduced to transform the design and manufacture of molds, which has enabled China's mold manufacturing technology to reach a higher level. Not only meet the design accuracy requirements, but also greatly shorten the cycle, creating favorable conditions for product replacement.
