On the ground, there are places where the color is lighter than the surrounding color. It is necessary to adjust the scraper to the best angle. In the choice of squeegee, most of the blades of imported squeegee have been treated by carbon burning, and the effect of squeegee is better. The reason for the appearance of ink marks may be that the ink itself is prone to bubbles, and the marks are formed on the anilox roller. At this time, it is necessary to add some additives.

4. Ink bar

There are ink sticks on the label, which are often the gears and teeth on the plate cylinder and the impression cylinder are not round, or there are impressions on the printing plate. At this time, the plate cylinder gear needs to be replaced.

5. Add the number of network lines

From the perspective of printing screen lines, the maximum number of lines for offset printing and gravure printing is higher than that for flexographic printing. The ideal screen printing line for flexographic printing is about 150 lines / inch. If it exceeds 175 lines / inch, it will increase the flexographic version.
