2.6 Concession value of roller
The roller's concession value is the difference between the distance between the notch at the notch of the roller and the distance between the non-notch and the relative time. This value is a reflection of the overall accuracy of the machine. It includes wallboards, bearings, roller processing and installation The accuracy is also related to the printing pressure. Due to the existence of the concession value, the axis of the drum changes from a straight line to a curve, which causes the eccentric operation of the drum (regardless of the eccentricity of its own processing) to cause periodic shocks, that is, vibration.
The vibration of the machine not only affects the accuracy and life of the machine, but also affects the quality of the printed product. This kind of vibration is harmless and has no benefit. It must be controlled to a minimum, so the concession value must be reduced. For an already installed machine, the most effective way to reduce the concession value is to reduce the printing pressure, but the printing pressure cannot be reduced arbitrarily.
