1. If the evaporator and the fan are placed in the machine room, the air is blown by the air duct, that is, the air is sent back to the freezing chamber and the refrigerating chamber by a set return air passage, and the evaporator and the wind in the mechanical chamber are on the one hand. The road needs to be insulated, and the system structure is complicated; on the other hand, due to the influence of the air passage, the effective volume of the freezing compartment and the refrigerating compartment is greatly reduced.

R134a environmentally friendly refrigerant can be used as the refrigerant.

2. Condenser design: Due to the use of cabinets, the top of the domestic freezer cabinet is covered with slate, the back is against the wall, and the side panels are close to the side panels or walls of the cabinet, so the air cannot convect, and the back-mounted steel wire condenser is used. The use of built-in plate condensers or the use of built-in plate condensers on both sides is not possible. The bottom of the air-cooled Roots pump freezer is about 100mm away from the ground. The wire-type condenser is suspended horizontally at the bottom of the freezer and the water tray is placed on the wire condenser to make the water in the water tray easy. Evaporation, purely from a structural point of view, this seems to be an option, but since the bottom of the refrigerated cabinet has a lower baffle on the front side, the other three sides are closed, even if the lower baffle is provided with a heat dissipation louver window. Natural convection heat transfer is also very poor.

The condenser adopts the natural convection heat exchange effect, so it is necessary to consider the forced convection heat transfer type, and at the same time, the cooling gas flow arrangement is balanced with the cooling of the refrigeration compressor, that is, the air-cooled finned tube condenser is used to install the condenser. In the lower part of the front part of the machine room, close to the mechanical room panel, the air is blown by the fan through the air inlet grille on the mechanical room panel, passes through the finned tube condenser, and then flows through the mechanical chamber back plate and flows through the refrigeration compressor. , blow to the ground, and then discharge from the cooling holes of the lower baffle at the bottom of the cabinet. The airflow organization of this solution can avoid the defects in the traditional design that are uncomfortable due to the hot air blowing out from the front of the machine room panel, and the water in the water tray can be easily evaporated and the bottom of the cabinet can be kept.
