Recently, Japanese scientists and technicians have developed a wood-foil plastic packaging material from pine wood to produce polyurethane by removing polyhydric alcohol from wood flour and then reacting with isocyanate. This wood flour plastic is extremely resistant to heat and can be biodegraded and can be used to make heat-resistant packaging bags.
