Water, electricity and gas related matters in the installation of salt spray test machine
When you choose a salt spray test machine that meets the technical requirements and budget within the entanglement of many brands, many manufacturers, and many configurations, we need to start to consider the preparation of the equipment. For this device, you need to prepare three parts: water, electricity and gas. Below we will focus on the following two aspects to explain in detail so that customers can install and debug as soon as possible after the equipment receipt and acceptance:
First, the salt spray test machine installation site on the water source attention
1. Water quality requirements: Industrial water or tap water can be used after being filtered by pure water equipment. It is recommended to use bottled water for daily drinking;
2. Water pressure requirements: The water pressure is kept within the range of 1-3 kg to ensure the normal water supply. The equipment of the relevant manufacturer will install the automatic water supply device according to the customer's requirements;
3. Interface requirements: The water supply port and the water outlet of the equipment need to be connected with a hose and fixed with a sealing ring to prevent leakage. The drain port can also be directly led to the outside.
Second, the relevant matters needing attention in the laboratory power supply system
1. Install the power supply according to the rated power and rated voltage of the equipment provided by the testing machine manufacturer. The capacity of the missing main switch meets the requirements of the equipment;
2. It is forbidden to use another main switch with other power equipment and the power supply of the machine to prevent the normal use of the test machine due to short circuit of other equipment;
3. When installing, please connect the connecting wire (yellow-green line) of the testing machine to the grounding terminal reliably, so that the leakage switch can cut off the total power supply when the equipment leaks, thus preventing people from getting electric shock. Pay attention to the grounding wire when wiring. It cannot be shared with other devices.
Third, the requirements of laboratory gas source
1. Pressure requirements: The air compressor or air supply pipe pressure should be within the range of intake pressure provided by the manufacturer;
2, interface requirements: the use of easy to disassemble and repair the internal diameter of 8mm quick connector to connect the pipeline;
3. Time requirement: When the equipment is working normally, the air source must be supplied for a long time, and it cannot be interrupted midway; when the equipment is tested, the air supply should be cut off.
