1. According to the situation of the printed paper, select the appropriate ink.

Paper with relatively smooth surface (plate paper, glass paperboard, imported whiteboard paper, etc.) is generally made of fast-drying bright ink, so that the printed product ink is fast drying, is not easy to be dirty, and the printed product has high brightness and gloss. Well, product quality has also improved. Printed offset paper with relatively poor surface finish, domestic whiteboard paper, etc. generally use resin offset printing ink. The ink cost is lower than that of the fast-drying bright ink. The paper with rough printing surface has good permeability and fast drying, which reduces the cost and achieves the printing effect. If you choose a fast-drying glossy ink, there will be a phenomenon that the ink dries too fast on the surface of the paper.

2. According to the number of printing products, the estimated amount of ink.

You cannot add too much ink to the ink tank at a time, especially fast-drying ink. To open the tank and draw ink, use a knife to scoop the ink along the tank wall. Do not use force to dig out the pits. Depending on the size of the ink used in the product, it is generally advisable to add ink once every 2 hours. The ink on the ink tank should be frequently agitated to prevent drying and crusting, and the ink is often agitated to facilitate smooth ink transfer. In this way, not only the ink can be fully utilized, but also the quality of the print can be improved.

3. At the time of printing, adjuvants are appropriately added according to the printing conditions.

Generally speaking, it is better to adjust the printability of the ink, otherwise it would be counterproductive, resulting in the dark color of the printed product and the internal properties of the ink, such as crystallization, emulsification, etc., resulting in waste.

4. After a product is printed, use the leftover ink to promptly scoop back the ink tank and pour 1-2mm of varnish on the surface.
