Low temperature enhanced polypropylene developed successfully

Nantong Synthetic Materials Experimental Factory has successfully developed low temperature reinforced polypropylene materials for automobiles. It is reported that the material was developed specifically for the localization of Shanghai Santana air filter housing, and its quality is equivalent to imported products.
The material is a mineral filled modified polypropylene plastic. Automotive air filter housings made of this low-temperature-reinforced polypropylene material can still maintain brittle fracture for 24 hours at -40°C, and do not collapse or crack for 700 hours at 150°C.
